POS Switch Navigator guide

Is your operation ready for a property pickup program?

This guide is educational and evidence-limited. It does not recommend a vendor, promise migration success, or replace a vendor confirmation and an operator-run cutover plan.

Property and service rules

  • Confirm the property contact, service day, timezone, cutoff, handoff location, access instructions, and support owner.
  • Define the resident information and pickup choices the property program actually needs; keep garment pricing and POS order creation in the existing operation.

Operational handoff

  • Test the property-specific resident link and one valid request before distribution.
  • Review requests grouped by property and service date, then export the manifest or CSV to the cleaner's existing workflow.
  • Do not describe the program as route optimization, property access, a POS replacement, or resident garment-care payment processing.

ValetLoop boundary

ValetLoop is property-program software for established dry cleaners. It can provide a resident-facing property page, scheduling rules, and a property-grouped operational handoff; it does not replace the core POS, price garments, manage production, optimize routes, operate lockers, or collect resident garment-care payments.

Next step

Put one property program into practice.

Answer a bounded set of operational questions and review the resulting evidence-qualified unknowns.
